How to get Bing reward points. When I cannot add my cell phone number to Microsoft account.

Backstory, I have contacted Microsoft about adding my cellphone number to my Microsoft account. Short answer: They could add my cellphone number to my Microsoft account. I have contacted Bing Rewards and have heard back from them. I have 26,000.00 rewards points. What are my options?

Do you mean Microsoft Support is unable to add your phone number to your account, and that you have contacted Bing Rewards Support as well, but you haven't received any response from them yet, is that correct?

May I know the exact error messages/codes upon attempting to add your phone number to redeem your reward points?

Hello Darhyl Amizo,

Before I contacted Microsoft Support. I tried to add my cell phone number to my Microsoft Account/email address.  The message I received was to use another alias. Told this to Microsoft Support on chat. While on chat with Microsoft Support. Microsoft Support did the research and told me they could fix the issue.  Contacted Bing Rewards to find another way to get my rewards points, and have heard back from them. Thanks
