How do I enroll to ESU? There is nothing in the Update and security, just a stupid loop that gets me to a page that is suppose to give information on how to do it, which sends me back to Update and security. Ridiculous. What are the prerequisities?

    Hi David Vondrasek

    Prerequisites are:

    • Operating System: You must be running Windows 10, version 22H2.
    • Updates: The KB5046613 update or a later update must be installed.
    • Administrator Account: You need administrative privileges on your device.
    • Microsoft Account: A Microsoft account is required for the enrollment process.

Be patient and check Windows Update every day.

As per Microsoft website, pre-requisities are:

    • Devices need to be running Windows 10, version 22H2 Home, Professional, Pro Education, or Workstations edition.
    • Devices need to have the latest Windows update installed.
    • The Microsoft account used to sign in to the device must be an administrator account.
    • The ESU license will be associated with the Microsoft account used to enroll. You may be prompted to sign in with a Microsoft account if you typically sign into Windows with a local account.
    • The Microsoft account can’t be a child account.
