    Hi @Carmella Payne

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Option 1: you will need to access https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.

    Look for Microsoft Authenticator > Choose Delete.

    After removing it, you can uninstall Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.

    Option 2: Go directly to the app and remove the accounts. Then you can uninstall it.

    How to sign out from Authenticator - Microsoft Support

    My recommendation is to remove all of the accounts in Microsoft Authenticator before uninstalling the app.

    This will prevent sign in loop.

    You need to log in to each service where you used the authenticator app and add a different 2FA method before you delete the app.
