I have tried every setting on my printer and I still cannot get one month in microsoft 365 to print in landscape mode on one page. I have to copy the calendar, then open Word and paste, then print which is a huge pain and takes up extra time that I don't have.

If this is the new Outlook for Windows, go to the Calendar view and press Ctrl+P. Set the View to "Month," make any other desired selections in the dialog box and then click Print.

    Hello Alan,

This is April, I'll be happy to assist you. Sorry to hear that you're having issue with Outlook print out. Let me help you out.

Based on the description you provided, you need help on how you can print a full month of calendar on one landscape page in Outlook.

Are you trying to print the calendar for personal use, team sharing, or official documentation?

Here's how to Print a One-Month Calendar per Page in Landscape from Outlook

    1. Open your Outlook Calendar
      • Go to the Calendar section in Outlook
    2. Switch to Month View
      • On the ribbon, select View > Change View > Calendar
      • Choose Month from the available layout options.
    3. Select the Month to Print
      • Use the navigation pane or mini calendar to move to the month you want.
    4. Access the Print Menu
      • Press Ctrl + P, or go to File > Print
    5. Pick the Right Print Style
      • Choose Monthly Style (this view displays the full month grid).
      • Some Outlook versions may label it as Calendar Details Style.
    6. Set Page Orientation and Layout
      • Click Print Options > Page Setup
      • Under the Paper tab, select Landscape orientation.
      • Adjust margins or font size as needed to make everything fit cleanly.
    7. Preview and Print
      • Review the Print Preview to ensure the entire month fits on one page.
      • Click Print when everything looks right.

If the month view still splits across pages, try reducing the font size or margins slightly in Page Setup. Some Outlook versions are finicky about spacing.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us again. We’re here to help, and we appreciate your continued trust in us.

    Warm Regards,

    April P.
