Cannot install Windows 11

I cannot install Windows 11 because at Create Account, when I enter my email address associated with an account I already have, it will NOT accept it! It asks for a personnel email address which I inputted but will NOT accept it. It says I cannot sign up here with a work or school email address. This is ridiculous.

Another very important thing is the LACK of support available! I have to have another computer available to send this.

I previously asked for support to make a bootable flash drive and the support person came across as wanting to help but did not respond further!

This only further delays getting Windows 11 installed after days of trying to do so.

    Hi Wayne!

In this case, please do this to avoid Microsoft sign-in at installation flow. When you reach that step, disconnect your PC from the Internet, press Shift + F10 and run:

    oobe\bypassnro

Your PC will reboot, do not connect the Internet yet. Then, keep going until you find the same window, and press "I don't have Internet". This way you will be able to create a local account, and after that you will be able to link your work/school account from Settings.

    I hope this helps!
