Why does M365 copilot close on my android when sizing or moving photos?

Question

My M365 copilot closes in word when I size or move two photos on the page.

I did: Clear my data and cash

      I reinstalled the app

      Used smaller file size

      Check and removed unwanted apps for memory increasement

     Updated android software to UI version 7.0

     Android version 15

The problem is still persisting what can I still do?
