I set up a recurring meeting in Outlook and have been using it successfully for the past year. I had to change some instances of this recurring meeting . The changes went out to the attendees and the attendees now have the right invitations on their calendars. The invitation has dropped off my calendar completely so I have no way to join it even though it is showing up correctly on all the attendee's calendars. I can't even cancel it and try to recreate it because the invitation is no longer on my calendar anywhere. I even check on the deleted folder but not found any trace of it being deleted. I'm not sure what to do next Thanks for your help.

    Hi @Shamin Ashraf Bin Kamaruddin

    Welcome to Q&A Community!

Thank you for contacting us regarding the recurring meeting that has disappeared from your host calendar.

To make sure we're aligned and avoid from any misunderstanding, please let me know a few details about your issue by answering these questions:

    1. Are you signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
    2. Could you check on Outlook app to see if the meeting is visible there?
    3. Are you the original organizer of the recurring meeting?
    4. Did you recently edit the series or individual instances? If so, were these edits made from Outlook on the web, the desktop app, or a mobile device?

In the meantime, I recommend you follow these steps while I review your responses:

Step 1: Search across all views

Use the search bar in Outlook on the web to look for the meeting subject or attendees. Check under Calendar in Agenda view and All events filters.

Step 2: Check Deleted Items (again) and Recover Deleted Items

Navigate to Deleted Items and then Recover Deleted Items. Even if you did not delete the meeting, it may have been moved due to a synchronization issue.

Step 3: If the meeting is missing completely

Ask one of the attendees to forward the entire series as an ICS file. Save the file and open it in Outlook on the web to re-add the meeting. If you need organizer rights restored, you will need to recreate the series and send a new invitation.

For detailed instruction, please refer to this article Meeting missing from organizer’s calendar - Microsoft Support

Step 4: If you only need to join

An attendee can forward the meeting invite so you can accept it as a participant.

Please confirm the answers to the above questions and let me know how the steps work on your part. I look forward to your response.
