Regarding that your email is direct to the recipient Junk mail box. I’d like to ask a few quick questions to better understand the situation and assist you more effectively:
- Is the recipient part of another organization or in same organization?
- Does this happen with all recipients with same domain or only with specific ones?
- Has the recipient checked if they have any inbox rules that might be redirecting your emails to the Junk folder? You can guide them to check by going to: Settings > Mail > Rules
- Can you ask the recipient to check if their organization has any mail flow rules that might be affecting email delivery? You can refer to this article for more details:Mail flow rules (transport rules) in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn
In the meantime could you ask that recipient to add your email account to the Safe Senders List in Outlook on the web
- Select Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under Junk email, scroll down to Senders, and select the Safe senders and domains tab.
- Select + Add safe sender, and enter the email address for the recipient you want to add.
- Select OK, and then select Save.
