when update windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware, please help me before oct 14 and windows 10 end date

Please help as I have two windows 10 computers that I need to fix before Oct 14.

I finally saw a screen when updating that failed and restored to previous setting, it is a windows setup windows that says "windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware".

How can it be when I am already running windows and the windows 10 is installed from factory (I didn't install any software on this computers (acer aspire laptop) other than microsoft office).

Note I have tried to run norton bootable recovery tool by switching bios to legacy but restore back to UEFI mode (so there is no other options for me to change in the bios as options are few to none).

Could it be the bios, what happen if I try to install a more recent version of bios (would the system image restore function work if I update bios?)

Is it something else? I have tried to manually update windows by going to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 page to update windows manually (still failed in the same way as other).

Before is my update log (minus the manual update attempt.

The first problem indicated in your information trace is the current version of Windows 10 installed is 7 years out of date and has not been updated in a long time, to upgrade to Windows 11, you would need to have version 22H2 of Windows 10 installed first, and because your Windows version is so far out of date, all normal methods to update will fail.

I need some information about your system hardware, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Infomration window.

Thanks for taking the effort to try to answer,

I'll try to update the acer computer to windows 11 if I have time. But I just want to update it to the latest version of windows 10.
