Update window 11
Hi, I need help with how to update to window 11 because I bought this computer on march 2022 and It said I can update to window 11 there but now where is it? and can I be able to use that agian? because I want to keep all of my files. I checked everything and my computer is ready to update. I try to use the ISO option but when it come to choose to keep files I can't choose the first one the said keep files and everything. I can only choose keep personal files but I don't want to do that.
So my question is: Can I still update window 11 in the setting - Windows Update?(I already update everything that is about window 10) and If I really need to use the ISO one, what files and folder that will be not deleted because A lot of my computer files and important.
Thank you so much.

I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation assistant to upgrade to Windows 11 manually.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing any Windows upgrade or reinstallation.
Few things to check on the PC
- Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
- Disable or uninstall any third-party Antivirus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade
I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
