Hi,

a Win32app is on clients "Not applicable", because the "Registry requirement rule is not met".
But the rule is met on the clients. The reg key exists.

here the config of the rule:
@odata.type=#microsoft.graph.win32LobAppRegistryRequirement; operator=notConfigured; detectionValue=; check32BitOn64System=True; keyPath=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\PortICA; valueName=; detectionType=exists

is there an error in the config?

    @Markus Männl Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you configured additional requirement rules in this win32 app? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.

    To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1. Please show the screen shots of the requirement rules in intune portal.
    2. Please check if there is any detailed error message about requirement rule in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs.

    If there is any update, feel free to let us know.
