I just got this windows 10 I’m trying to factory reset it because the original owner did not but there is a problem

When I got to reset it, it just says there was a problem resetting your pc I’ve tried everything sfc scan I updated everything I even went as far as safe mode it still didn’t work I do not understand what’s wrong with it, it runs windows 10.

    If the Windows reset operation is failing, the Windows recovery image is corrupt, the best option to make that device yours and remove the previous owners account is to backup your files, create a bootable Windows 10 USB on an empty 8GB USB flash drive and use that to clean install Windows 10 on that device.

    to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

    Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 10

    During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC'.
