This is what im seeing when i click more details. Cant sign in on my phone or my pc browser/app. this issue started when i was looking at my emails on the app. I right clicked on the page and clicked something but i dont remember what that was, then the emails went dark like they were loading or refreshing. I logged out of the outlook app and havent been able to sign back in anywhere, now. Is there a way to 'reset' all settings on my pc or the server? I don't even know what to do anymore.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

    Hello @Alex Cabrera,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum!

For your situation, I will explain detail:

    1.TooManyObjectsOpenedException error

    • It means your mailbox has too many simultaneous connections or objects open (such as emails, folders, or Outlook sessions across multiple devices).
    • When the number of connections exceeds the limit allowed by the Exchange server, it blocks new connections, which is why you're unable to sign in to Outlook on your phone, browser, or desktop app.

    2. The JSON.parse: unexpected character error

    • Additionally, the error JSON.parse: unexpected character appears when Outlook Web tries to load data but encounters a formatting issue.
    • It may have been triggered by a previous action (such as right-clicking and selecting an unknown option), which caused a display to glitch or corrupt the session.

As a result, the Outlook Web can't render the interface properly, preventing access to your emails.

If this is a work account (managed by your organization), please contact your IT administrator to help you perform the “Sign out of all sessions” action from Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

    Here are steps:

    • They need to go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Then, they navigate to Users => Active users and search for and select your username.
    • In the Account section, they find “Sign this user out of all Microsoft 365 sessions” and they click “Sign out of all sessions”.

    User's image

After that, on your side, you need to restart your device (computer or phone) to make sure no old sessions are still running in the background.

Once restarted, you try signing back in to Outlook or Microsoft 365 as usual.

Note: If this is a personal Microsoft account, please reply and let me know. I’ll guide you through another solution and help you reach out to the appropriate support team.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
