My account was locked due to multiple times used of incorrect password.
I've tried to submit recovery form but it always failed due to insufficient info. so I tried to submit reinstate form to https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/concern/accountreinstatement and until now there is no response from microsoft.

To assist you better, could you please confirm whether you're trying to recover a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook, Xbox, etc.) or a work or school account managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure AD)?
