I have not been able to access my hotmail account that I have had for over 15 years since Microsoft logged me out of all their services months ago.

I have completed the account recovery form multiple teams but I have never received any response. The verification methods do not work, instead I get an error 'this verification method is currently not available. I have cleared my history and cache multiple times - nothing is working.

I have very sentimental emails in this hotmail and would like to get access again.

    Hi,

Please try selecting “Show more verification methods” on the verification page. You might have an alternate contact option available. Sometimes the block may be tied to the verification method you are using.

If it does not work, please try logging in using the "Other ways to sign in" option, if available.

If you do not have the option or still have the same issue, please check if your current device or internet connection is causing the login issue. Try signing in using a different device and network, like mobile data, to see if it works.

If you still can’t log in after trying several devices, your account may be temporarily blocked due to too many failed login attempts or suspicious activity. In this case, you’ll need to wait about a week before trying again.

If you need urgent access or have still received no response to the recovery request, you can contact Microsoft support. They may ask for some identity information to help recover your account. Please give that a try. Also, be sure to include the details of her recovery attempts, especially if her requests were denied despite providing accurate information.

Click on this page  Contact - Microsoft Support https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

Please follow the steps below to contact Microsoft Online Support.

    • Go to the Microsoft Support page and search for “account locked.”
    • Scroll down and click “Sign in to contact Support.”
    • Sign in using a different personal Microsoft account.
    • Under Products & Services, choose “Other Products.”
    • Under Categories, select “Manage account security” and click Confirm.
    • Click “Chat with a support agent in your web browser” to start a live chat.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!
