My camera face recognition doesn't work anymore

hi, my camera face recognition doesn't work anymore. it has consistent problems on log in and i've tried to fix it in the settings, but that's not playing ball either, it takes perhaps one shot and then freezes. in fact i'm getting a lot of screen freeze lock. can you help? do you know why this is?

Hi Phoebe Thomasson,

Try resetting Windows Hello Face under Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, and update your camera and biometric drivers via Device Manager. Also, check for Windows updates and run the Camera and Windows Hello troubleshooters.
