I am currently running Windows 10 and my computer states it does not meet the minimum requirements to run Windows 11. When I tried adding the Extended Security Updates (ESU) for my Windows 10 it began running it but wouldn’t allow me to do it.

Edition Windows 10 Home

Version            22H2

Installed on     ‎12/‎17/‎2020

OS Build          19045.6396

    Hi, good day!

I'll be asking a few questions so I can have a better idea what solutions to provide.

    • Are you getting any errors after clicking Enroll now?
    • Did the Enrollment window suddenly close?

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
