Most downloaded programs go into your Downloads folder, which you can open by pressing the Windows key + E on your keyboard to launch File Explorer, then clicking Downloads on the left side and looking for the program you downloaded.
If the program is already installed but you can’t find it, click the Start button at the bottom-left corner of your screen, type the program’s name in the search box (for example, “Word” or “Excel”), and click it when it appears to open it.
