    Hello,

You can turn on a hidden admin account and use it to recover your original account.

    Start in safe mode.

On the login screen, hold the shift key and click restart, it will restart in recovery mode Choose Troubleshoot, Advanced options, Startup Settings, Restart.

When it restarts, press 4 or F4 to enter Safe Mode.

Turn on the hidden Administrator account press the Windows key + X and choose Windows Terminal (Admin). Type this command: “net user administrator /active:yes” press enter.

    Restart again

There should be a new account called Administrator, login through there and create a new admin account.

Then turn off the hidden admin account again, unless you want to keep it

Repeat the same steps earlier for safe mode and in the windows terminal type this instead “net user administrator /active:no”

    Hope this helps,

    JC
