How to recover my email account?

I’m unable to access my email account even though I’m entering the correct password. The system is asking for verification, but it keeps sending the verification code to the same email address I’m trying to log in to.

I already submitted the account recovery form with all required details (including alternate emails and message subjects), but I received a response saying the account can’t be recovered.

This email account is linked to my bank apps and other official platforms, so it’s very important that I recover it.

Can someone please guide me on how to regain access or if there are any other recovery options available?

Thank you for your help.

    Hi Faisal,

Thank you for posting your problem. I am here to help you today. The account recovery process is the last resort that requires you to prove ownership by answering a few questions that only the account owner can answer.

If you can't answer the questions to be verified, the system won't grant you access.

You can submit Account Recovery Form up to two times per day using a device you have used to access your account before and from a similar location.

for more information you can view this article from Microsoft: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

I hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with. I'm happy to help!

    Best regards,

    Jansher
