You can enroll in ESU by following the instructions at this link;
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/extended-security-updates

To enroll in the consumer Windows 10 ESU program, make sure your device meets the following requirements:

Devices need to be running Windows 10 version 22H2. Latest available update installed.

The ESU license will be associated with the Microsoft account used to register. In this case, you must have your Microsoft account linked to Windows as an administrator.

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
