OneDrive for Business sync issues

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having OneDrive for Business sync issues. Our Client removed PII has been having issues with long onedrive sync issues for some time. We have been working to help them move files to new libraries to reduce quantity of files being synced.

Recently it seems that nearly all users are experiencing issues.

We would like assistance in troubleshooting what is happening.

    Based on your description, you’re dealing with widespread OneDrive for Business sync issues, which have escalated from isolated cases to nearly all users after moving files to new libraries. Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1.Unsync and resync Click to Cloud icon in the right bottom corner, choose setting then click to Account tab and resync again

    2.Check Sync Health

    Right-click OneDrive icon → View Sync Problems for error code

    3.Reset OneDrive Client

    Run:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
    

    Then restart OneDrive.

    4. Update OneDrive
