Please make sure you have signed into the right account that has access to the Azure Dev Tools for teaching. If you don't, you would need to speak to your IT admin to see if you have access to the subscription.
Once you have access to the tools, you would be able to access the software you have available (on volume licencing) so you can download it. If this is not possible for you to do, in short notice, then another alternative is asking your student to sign up for Azure Students, here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2062405&clcid=0x409
They will be able to access the subscription and download Windows 11 Education onto a machine or VM.
