- Send feedback directly from the Word App on iPad
- Open the Word app on your iPad.
- Tap the profile icon (top right corner).
- Scroll down and tap “Help & Feedback.”
- Tap “Send Feedback.”
- Choose “Report a Problem.”
- Paste or type your feedback (you can use the draft I provided earlier).
- Tap “Send” to submit.
2. Use Microsoft’s Feedback portal (Website)
- Go to the Microsoft Feedback Portal.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Click “+ Give Feedback” in the top right corner.
- Fill in the form:
- Title: Persistent Issues with Word for iOS on iPad Air
- Category: Microsoft 365 and Office → Word → For Home → iOS
- Description: Paste the feedback draft.
- Optionally, add screenshots or screen recordings if you have them.
- Click “Submit”.
