I understand you are having problem opening Office on your MacOS.
You can try resetting Office credential and clearing Office cache method:
- Quit all Office apps.
- Open Finder, press Cmd + Shift + G and go to
~/Library/Containers - Delete these folders if present
com.microsoft.Word,com.microsoft.Excel,com.microsoft.Powerpoint,com.microsoft.Outlook - Then go to
~/Library/Group Containersand delete file nameUBF8T346G9.Office - After you done all the step above, restart your machine and reopen Office
This method will reset your Office on Mac settings without affecting your documents
