    Please can you sign into the Azure portal here: https://portal.azure.com

    Once you have signed into your account, please click onto Help + support from the left-hand navigation menu.

    This will load up the help and support blade where you are able to create a new support request, update your support plan, view service alerts, resources you have recently visited and previous support requests that have been submitted.

    Please can you go to the section named Recent support requests and see if you can see your missing your support request.

    It may be worth clicking onto View all support requests to see if you can see it listed there.

    If you are unable to see the support request listed, please make sure you are signed into the right account or tenant that you have submitted a support request for.

    It may be worth, if you have clicked onto see all support requests, to make sure the filters are set to:

    1. Subscription: all
    2. Created: All history
    3. Status: All

    Normally, if you are unable to see the support request you have submitted, it is due to the user been signed into the wrong account or tenant.
