Code Has Been Redeemed

I Got a free 1 year subscription for Microsoft 365 and office from SAMSUNG GIFT, and i already redeemed it like 6 hours ago, but in the process i was ask for a continous subscription for another year to protect it and get 3 month free after my free subscription ended, and while i was filling the form there was a red text that says kinda eror about my code that already redeemed and i cant continue the filled form for that continous subscription. And when i try to insert the code again it says that it has been redeemed and i can use my microsoft office. BUT, it should be mark as done in my SAMSUNG GIFT and it doesnt. please help me

    See if your product has been added to the e-mail account you specified. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with your credentials.

    yes, already see the account but it's still doesn't added and the order doesn't show up either

    Andri Babu, what information do you see in the account, specifically? Do you see anything that points to a subscription being redeemed?
