PC hard freezes once every 2-4 weeks, usually when idle/ not under load or soon after booting. Can I get help reading this minidump?

I've been unable a diagnose this issue. I've taken many steps including formatting all storage drives and reinstalling windows and running memtest86 (one pass). Can someone help me read this minidump to see if it gives any clues? Thanks

    Hi ,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

To see the model, you can type msinfo32.exe in the Windows search bar..

    Thanks

    Hi ,

I checked the minidump file and found that there were some bugs related to something, probably the driver chipset.

First, you need to disable BitLocker:

    BitLocker Steps: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1047461/

Let's perform a BIOS update and install the chipset

    BIOS:https://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7E25vAA.zip

    How to Update Bios: https://storage-asset.msi.com/files/pdf/How_to_flash_the_BIOS.pdf

    Install this drivers:

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and if you want to uninstall applications that you do not use.
