change sold to adress company name on 365 with filled form

Need assistance changing company name on "sold to address" on 365 admin center I have the form completed with company registry form for proof

You would need to contact support for this.

Log into Admin Center https://admin.microsoft.com

Then on the left, click on Support, you can type in some keyword first, then click on Contact Support to create a service request. From there, you can explain in more details, you would have the option to be contacted by phone or by email.
