Hello! I haven't received emails from zalando.se since april

Thanks for posting in the community forum. Are you trying to contact Zalando for customer support? Or are you having issues in your outlook mail not receiving emails for the said contact (Zalando).
It's best to reach their customer support. Navigate to the help and contact page at www.zalando.se/faq/. Click on "Need more help?" in the FAQ, I can choose from 3 options: contact form, chat, and phone.

Hej thanks for your answer I contacted them and they said that should contact u because its happens usually that email company that block apesific mails I checked my blocked emails and their email werent there So thats why i am contacting you
I can' receive from just from zalando.se, they are sending emails to me but get nothing, checked junk but nothing I checked if I blocked them but no i didn't
Have you tried accessing your outlook mails from the local app (outlook) and to the outlook webversion (http://outlook.live.com/)? Does it show the mails from zalando or not?
