Semi Frequent BSODs Memory Management 0x1a

I've been getting a recurring problem regarding my PC, where it crashes and gives me a Memory Management error. That and IRQL not less or equal. It's relatively new, and I have almost nothing on it save for maybe google chrome and steam + maybe 2 or 3 games. I went and did a clean install of windows where I wiped both of my SSDs and still ran into the same problem. Moved on to checking RAM, and did run into errors when running memtest86; one stick of RAM ran only into test 10 errors and passed the rest and the second stick was a combination of test 8, 9, and 10 errors. Took out the second stick to see if it did anything and it kind of alleviated the problem but still causes the crash. If anyone can give me suggestions on narrowing down what is causing this, please let me know since I'm not entirely convinced its just the RAM.

Since I went and already did a clean install, I don't have many dump files but I put the ones I do have in a google drive below. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DOt7p-gmBaoB5-zbTEppl5SOkJ85anmJ?usp=sharing

    Hi,

Moved on to checking RAM, and did run into errors when running memtest86; one stick of RAM ran only into test 10 errors and passed the rest, and the second stick was a combination of test 8, 9, and 10 errors.

The memory is defective as per the dump and your statement.

Do you mean both RAMs reported errors?

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
