How do I pay the $30 for ESU for Windows 10?

I enrolled in ESU yesterday. Windows Update confirms that my PC is enrolled. Nowhere does it show how to pay the $30 fee. I don't want to be disenrolled due to lack of payment and today is the last day.

    Hi, good day!

If you are signed in with a Microsoft account and by enabling backup / sync of certain system settings via your Microsoft account, rest assured, you are enrolled without paying and get updates until October 2026.

However, enrolling for free means you're sharing the least amount of your device information with Microsoft for a short period of time.
