I am not able to enter the product key for Office 365 Family, I get the error

When retrying I get a second error

    Error Code: TooManyRequests

    It seems like you tried to redeem too many times. Is it possible for you to try a different network?

    then I tired in a different computer and got

    Please come back later to redeem your product key. Error Code: TooManyRequests Correlation Id: 82f41768-a40f-4755-bb84-ee43a3a85110 Timestamp: 2025-10-15T09:49:34.724Z
