Hello Ibrahim Hassan, thanks for posting this in our community.
I understand how frustrating it must be, especially after you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and even tested with another printer only to face the same problem.
You can try adding the printer via IP if it's a network printer. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add device, then click Add manually > Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname. Enter the IP address of the printer and follow the prompts.
Next, check the Print Spooler service. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart. Make sure the Startup type is set to Automatic.
If the issue persists, try manually installing the printer driver. Visit the official website of your printer's manufacturer, download the latest Windows 11-compatible driver for your printer model, and run the installer as Administrator (right-click the installer and choose Run as administrator).
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
John Oli
