Because Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025, I would like to install Windows 11 on my Dell Latitude 3350 school laptop to stay supported. The PC Health Check app shows "Your school manages this PC."

Unfortunately, I got "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements." That happens, the school laptop that provided me did not meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11. Any advice on how to proceed or should my IT change my school laptop?
The specifications for that laptop model (Dell Latitude 3350) indicate that has a 5th gen Intel processor, if that is the case, then you cannot upgrade that device to Windows 11, because the minimum specifications for Windows 11 is an 8th gen Intel processor.
Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.
Expand the Processors section, what is the exact model number of the processor.
Another thing, this school laptop is managed and also, Windows 10 support ended yesterday.
If that is not your own laptop, and is owned by a school then they will have policies set in Windows to block you from making any large changes to the system, the main blocking point for the upgrade will be the processor, if that is a 5th gen Intel processor, it is not possible to upgrade to Windows 11.
