Because Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025, I would like to install Windows 11 on my Dell Latitude 3350 school laptop to stay supported. The PC Health Check app shows "Your school manages this PC."

The other method I did is:

  1. Turn on the computer.
  2. Press F12 to enter one time boot menu.
  3. Select UEFI USB.
  4. When the Windows 11 Setup screen appears, selected the language and regional format.
  5. Select the keyboard language
  6. Select Install Windows 11 and clicked the box I agree everything will be deleted including files, apps and settings and click Next.

Unfortunately, I got "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements." That happens, the school laptop that provided me did not meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11. Any advice on how to proceed or should my IT change my school laptop?

The specifications for that laptop model (Dell Latitude 3350) indicate that has a 5th gen Intel processor, if that is the case, then you cannot upgrade that device to Windows 11, because the minimum specifications for Windows 11 is an 8th gen Intel processor.

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Processors section, what is the exact model number of the processor.
