I have paid for my Office 365 renewal on Oct. 1. Why am I getting notification that is is not paid??

YOU WITHDREW $109.71 FROM MY ACCT ON OCT 2, THEN YOU NOTIFY ME, WINDOWS 10 IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED! IF YOU ARE NOT SUPPORTING WHAT YOU CHARGED ME FOR, "WHY" DID YOU CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS UNDER KNOWLEDGE, YOU WOULD NO LONGER SUPPORT WHAT YOU CHARGED FOR! EITHER REFUND OR REESTABLISH SERVICE!

May I ask how many subscription account/s do you have and do you have any confirmation email regarding the renewal? If not, proceed checking your account.

- https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- Check whether your October 1 payment shows as Completed
