    Hi Ashton,

Just to clarify, this issue is fairly common when enrolling in the Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) even if you're signed in with an administrator account, the system may still prompt you to use a different one.

    Try these:

    1. Verify You're Using a Microsoft Account (MSA) ESU enrollment requires a Microsoft Account, not just a local admin account.
      • Go to Settings > Accounts > Your Info
      • If it says “Local Account,” you’ll need to switch to a Microsoft Account.
      • If it shows your email address, you're likely already using an MSA.
    2. Check Required Services Open services.msc and ensure the following are running:
      • Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant (set to Automatic (Delayed Start))
      • Credential Manager (set to Manual or Automatic)
    3. Try a New Microsoft Account If the current one still doesn’t work, try creating a new Microsoft Account, add it as an administrator, and attempt the enrollment again.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jeric
