I have just wrote a super detailed question and it was immediately banned; like in a second.
Ok, how do I activate Windows 11 using digital license previously (currently) used on Windows 10 and linked to MS account? troubleshoot wizard fails, says "our servers are not available at the moment". "Activate by Phone" is not available. SLUI 04 simply opens "System>Activate" window..

Did you buy the Windows 10 licence.
Was it always Windows 10 or previously a Windows 7 or 8 licence and part of the free upgrade.
Also have you changed hardware for Windows 11.
