1)Go to Azure Portal → Cost Management + Billing → Billing accounts → Invoices and check which billing account is generating the charge.
2)Navigate to Subscriptions and confirm that the subscription status shows Disabled or Deleted. If it’s still Active or Past due, cancel it again.
3)Check for any active subscriptions under other directories (Cost Management + Billing → Switch Directory).
4)Review and cancel any Marketplace or SaaS offers under Marketplace → Manage → Your Marketplace purchases.
5)Verify that no Reservations or Savings Plans remain active.
6)If everything appears closed but charges persist, please raise a Billing → Subscription Management support request through Azure Support with your Subscription ID, date of deletion, and invoice details.
