Help linking my email to my Microsoft Certification ID and downloading certificates

Hello Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I need assistance recovering access to my Microsoft Certification profile. I no longer remember the email address associated with my Certification ID and I’m unable to download my certificates.

Request

Please help identify/restore access to my Certification profile.

Link my current email (listed below) to my Microsoft Certification ID.

Enable/advise how I can download my certificates once access is restored.

• Microsoft Certification ID (MCID), if known: PII removed
• Current email to associate: PII removed
• Possible past emails used (any you recall): PII removed
• Phone number (with country code): PII removed
• Country/Region of residence: USA
• Date of birth (for identity verification): PII removed
• Recent exam(s) taken (if known): Oct 29, 2018

If there are security/identity verification steps (e.g., government ID, score report, or Pearson VUE receipts), please let me know and I will provide them right away.
