I have discovered that I am paying for two Microsoft 365 subscriptions and I only need one. I cancelled the account associated with the email ******@gmail.com. The renewal was July 26, 2025. I cancelled this account today on October 17, 2025. Will I be able to receive a prorated refund?

Thank you,

    Hi Gregory

You may be eligible for a prorated refund if you cancel within seven days of your renewal date. Cancellations made outside of this time frame may be eligible for a refund, but a prorated refund is not guaranteed and is determined by factors such as your country and most recent purchase date. To request a refund, go to the "Subscriptions" page in your Microsoft account, select "Manage" for the subscription you canceled, and follow the prompts to "Cancel." If eligible, request a refund.
