problem 0x80070005

i'd like to install some app feature to my new laptop , but couldn't do it because it says that i need to do something with microsoft update, but i've triad multiple time to update, it says having a problem with it code error (0x80070005). what should i do?

Hi! Please make sure you’re signed in with an administrator account. Then run Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows Update.

Which program are you trying to install? Have you considered asking for assistance from the program developer?

P.S. You will have to troubleshoot Windows Update as well, since it produces an error message. See Jeronimo Fuerte's reply.
