This is shortly resolved after your post, but if you haven't got the chance to fix it, here's a few thing you can do, especially updating the app:
- Regenerate Clipchamp’s local app data (Windows)
- Press Win + R > type
%localappdata%\Packages> Enter - Find
Microsoft.Clipchamp_8wekyb3d8bbwe - Rename to
Microsoft.Clipchamp_8wekyb3d8bbwe.OLD - Restart Clipchamp and sign in again (projects will re‑index; content isn’t deleted) This creates a fresh cache/profile.
- Press Win + R > type
- Repair / Reset the Clipchamp app (Store version)
- Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Clipchamp > Advanced options > Repair; if no change, Reset (twice). Users and how‑to guides cite this as effective when the generator stops producing results.
- Update Clipchamp from Microsoft Store Open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates.
