Hello Margie Kerzic Alday,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!
I understand that you are having issue with Microsoft subscription. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation. It must be confusing for you when you had been charged for 2 accounts, therefore I will break it down for better understand on your situation:
- Separate Subscriptions: Each email address may have had its own Microsoft 365 subscription, billed independently.
- Auto-Renewal Enabled: If both accounts had auto-renewal turned on, charges would continue monthly or annually.
And for your request to combine your 2 accounts, unfortunately, Microsoft does not allow merging two Microsoft accounts. However:
- You can transfer your subscription to the preferred account.
- You can share Microsoft 365 Family with the other account if you upgrade.
There are my suggestions for you with this situation:
1: Check Subscription Status for Both Accounts
Visit https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with each email and check:
- Active subscriptions
- Billing history
- Renewal dates
2: Cancel One of the Subscriptions
Once you confirm which account you want to keep:
- Go to Services & Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Manage > Cancel Subscription.
I am looking forward for your respond. Please feel free to let me know if the suggestion helped. Thank you so much for your times.
