Subject: Certification Not Yet Generated – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution Exam

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I appeared for the Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam on 13th October 2025 through Pearson VUE (online) and successfully passed it. However, as of today, 19th October 2025, my certification has not yet been generated or reflected in my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Could you please look into this issue and help me with the status or expected timeline for the certificate to appear?
