Teams won't connect if I change wifi connection - I then have to restart laptop. Any ideas?

Hi there

Over the last few days I've found that alternating between my home wifi and office wifi is causing issues which prevent Teams from loading up (I'm getting the "We're sorry -- We've run into an issue" message). The only work around I've found is to restart my laptop which is a bit of a faff after every time I switch it on in the morning. Is there any adjustment I can make (I suspect it might be firewall related) to prevent this from happening?

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client when switching the wifi connection?

Please Check if you have an internet connection through your wi-fi. If you have a stable internet connection than check that the firewall doesn't block the required IP ranges.

It's the app on my laptop that's affected. I haven't tried the web client (will do tonight) but my wifi is working fine for other things.

Thanks for the ranges link. Is there a dummy's guide you could point me to for making changes to my firewall?

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT My self similar issue since last 40 days. Do we have any fastest or better solution pls. I use a company provided laptop and use company account to login to Teams and Outlook.
