Hello Hendrix,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today.
I understand that you are struggling to log in to Microsoft app. Based on your photo, the cause of this might be a corrupted system file or memory issue. To fix this, please try the steps below:
- Perform a clean boot. Apps running in the background in the startup might cause this. So we should start with starting Windows as clean as possible.
- Type "Task manager" on the search bar and press Enter.
- Select "Startup apps" and disable all of them.
- Type "msconfig" on the search bar and press Enter
- Go to "Services"
- Select "Hide all Microsoft Services" and disable the rest.
- Restart your PC.
- Reset the affected apps. Before we proceed with this step, could you please try to see if you are able to log in to account.microsoft.com? That will help us a lot.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Select one of the affected apps.
- Go to Advanced Settings > Reset.
- Try again to see if it works with the apps.
- Run SFC scan.
- Type "Command Prompt" on the search bar and type "run as administrator.
- Type this command and press Enter: sfc /scannow.
- Restart your computer when it is done.
- Restart Microsoft Store.
- Type wsreset on the search bar and press Enter.
- Wait for the run to complete and check again.
- Create a new user account
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users
- Select "Add account"
- Create a new local user,
- Try to see if this persists on the new user.
- Check Memory
- Type "Windows memory Diagnostic" and press Enter.
- Run the Memory Diagnostic tool
- Restart your PC
