    Hello Hendrix,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today.

I understand that you are struggling to log in to Microsoft app. Based on your photo, the cause of this might be a corrupted system file or memory issue. To fix this, please try the steps below:

    • Perform a clean boot. Apps running in the background in the startup might cause this. So we should start with starting Windows as clean as possible.
      1. Type "Task manager" on the search bar and press Enter.
      2. Select "Startup apps" and disable all of them.
      3. Type "msconfig" on the search bar and press Enter
      4. Go to "Services"
      5. Select "Hide all Microsoft Services" and disable the rest.
      6. Restart your PC.
    • Reset the affected apps. Before we proceed with this step, could you please try to see if you are able to log in to account.microsoft.com? That will help us a lot.
      1. Go to Settings > Apps > Select one of the affected apps.
      2. Go to Advanced Settings > Reset.
      3. Try again to see if it works with the apps.
    • Run SFC scan.
      1. Type "Command Prompt" on the search bar and type "run as administrator.
      2. Type this command and press Enter: sfc /scannow.
      3. Restart your computer when it is done.
    • Restart Microsoft Store.
      1. Type wsreset on the search bar and press Enter.
      2. Wait for the run to complete and check again.
    • Create a new user account
      1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users
      2. Select "Add account"
      3. Create a new local user,
      4. Try to see if this persists on the new user.
    • Check Memory
      1. Type "Windows memory Diagnostic" and press Enter.
      2. Run the Memory Diagnostic tool
      3. Restart your PC
