Is there any particular error message or code when you try to download Windows 11? I'd appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot of the issue, and while waiting, can you please check the Windows version and edition you have?
To check: Go to Settings > System > About
Under Windows specifications, please let me know the Windows version and edition you have.
