Windows 11 Media Creation Problem and ISO File not downloading

Iam facing a problem that the windows 11 installation media is not opening just the windows logo appear for 2 seconds then does not open.
And ISO file is also giving a error.This one below

When attempting to download the Windows 11 ISO directly using the third link at the bottom of the page, there are several users have encountered this type of error, so you're not alone.
On a Windows 10 system, there are now reports of the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool not working. Have you attempted using the Media Creation Tool on a different Windows 11 device to see if you can create a bootable USB stick or download a Windows 11 ISO?
