PL-600 Certificate and Transcript Update Request – Urgent Follow-Up

Hi Team, its been 13 days since I have passed PL600 exam but I haven't received the certificate for it and the same is not reflecting in the transcript. I request you to please update it soon as it is required urgent.

Verify Exam Completion

• Sign in to your Microsoft Learn Account: Microsoft Learn Account | Microsoft Learn
• Check if the PL-600 exam shows in Credentials > Certifications

Confirm Profile Linking

• Ensure your Microsoft Learn account and Certification Profile use the same email address (or are properly linked).
• If you used different emails for the exam and Learn profile, you need to merge them:
  • Go to Profile Settings > Account Linking.
  • Add the email used for the exam.

Contact Microsoft Support

• If it’s still missing after 48 hours: Refer to Credentials support | Microsoft Learn and create a support request.

Please note that: Exams are not certifications. The PL-600 exam is only part of the requirements for the Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification. You also need to hold an active Power Platform Functional Consultant or Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
